Causes of Depression.

REASONS FOR BEING DEPRESSED:-


1-social media:-

Everyone in todays World is the servent of Social media. In every single minute every social media user checks his Mobile Phone more than 10 Times.

And when Any person comments and Likes the post then the user dissolves in the virtual World. 
Yes there are many benefits of  Social media e.g:-There are many Pages on Facebook and Instagram that provide information that is helpful.

-There are pages that provide news and keep us updated. 
Many young people think that continuously scrolling is beneficial but that is the thing that sows a seed of depression. 
No one wants to share the bad side of his life on social media so they work on the photo or post that they are going to upload on Social media websites. 
People are thinking that this is the real but the reality is very different than how does it is uploaded. 
Many youths take DSLR CAMERA and sometimes clothes also on rent to take pictures that will look smart and beautiful. 

When After this all Stuff when it comes to in front of us we think this one is great and we don't have it..... That gives rise to depression. 

2-Comparison:-


I think that this one is the very crucial and definitely affective in a persons life. 
When a person compares himself with another person without considering his own talent and greetings that God has blessed him, Then a person regret and goes into depression. 

3-Discipline:-




We all Should be disciplined so that we maintain our life with great pleasure and happiness. I think discipline is being persistent on a goal. When we work a thing continuously our body and mind becomes accustomed of those activities.

21 days are the struggling days in which we can change our habits..... The thing is we are not able to maintain Consistency and that leads us to fail in achieving the goal... Then gradually leads us into depression. 

There are many things apart from this that are responsible for  being depressed. 
We can be the successful person by removing the above mentioned Reasons and changing them with great habits.
Work hard continuously and Be grateful you will be successful.
